We offer flexible rental options to fit your project needs, including daily, weekly, and monthly rates. For rentals extending beyond one month, your rental will automatically renew every 28 days.
Do you provide cables and adaptors?
Absolutely. We can provide all necessary cables and adapters to ensure your load bank is fully compatible with your setup. Just let us know what you need, and we'll include it in your quote.
Is training and support available?
Yes. We offer complimentary phone support to all our customers. If you require more hands-on assistance, we can arrange for a technician to be on-site for training and commissioning.
What is your rental process?
Our rental process is straightforward and designed to get you the equipment you need, fast:
1. Request a Quote: Tell us your requirements, and we'll send you a detailed quotation along with a spec sheet for the proposed equipment.
2. Confirm Your Order: If you're happy with the quote, we'll convert it into a contract. Simply provide your PO number and signature to confirm.
3. Pickup or Delivery: You can either pick up the unit yourself or have it delivered to your site.
What's included in your rental?
Your rental includes all the items listed on your quotation. This can include the load bank itself, as well as any necessary accessories like cam-loc cables, tails, lugs, and even a trailer for transportation. We can also include services such as freight, commissioning, and on-site technical support in your rental package. We believe in transparency, so everything will be clearly itemized in your quote.
